The 2017 MotoGP Winter Tests are underway at Sepang and true to tradition, Valentino Rossi has hit the track with new graphics on his AGV Pista GP R helmet.
This year Valentino has played on the winter theme once again and has used his helmet design to poke fun at the irony of having a winter test in the humidity and heat of Malaysia.
This year Rossi and Aldo Drudi have created a snowy scene of Rossi’s home town Tavullia that covers his helmet. You can see the local iconic landmarks of Tavullia on the helmet like the church that rings its bell everytime Rossi wins at the San Marino MotoGP, and the famous road-sign in Tavullia that shows the speed limit as ’46’ (Rossi’s iconic race number).
We have no doubt that this will be released as a replica at some point in the future.
