Scott Redding has hit the track for the first shakedown of 2017 at Sepang. Redding is on the Ducati GP16 after coming in second best to his teammate Danilo Petrucci in the shoot-out at the end of last season for the third Ducati GP17.
Redding has had his Shark helmet updated for the occasion – OCD Design4Victory are responsible for his new lid and have gone for a dark black base with the face of Scott Redding’s dog photographed and placed on the top of the helmet so it is visible when Redding gets his head down at speed.
The helmet also features two white bars that run down the sides and Redding’s initials are stamped on the rear.
