Yuki Takahashi is a former 125cc, 250cc racer, and Moto2 racer. Takahashi also raced for a short period in MotoGP during 2009.
Yuki Takahashi now races in the All Japan Road Race JSB1000 Championship aboard a Honda CBR1000RR and in the Asia Road Race SS600 Championship aboard a Honda CBR600RR.
Takahashi first made his name on the world stage during the seven seasons he spent racing in the 250cc series where he took a couple of race wins and two top 6 overall finishes. In 2009, Takahashi got the chance to move up to race in the MotoGP series and he took part in seven races until financial issues caused the collapse of his deal.
Takahashi races with sponsorship from Arai helmets, who released a Takahasi replica helmet back in their RX-7 range, but they haven’t put any new ones out for a while.

Yuki Takahashi biography:
Yuki Takahashi was born in 1984 in Saitama, Japan and began racing with suppport from the HRC Racing Scholarship. After some success in Japan racing in Japanese 125cc and 250cc road races, he finally joined the 250cc World Championship in 2005, finishing his debut season in 11th place. Yuki Takahashi stayed in the 250cc World Championship between 2002 to 2008 with Honda, and managed a best finish of fifth place in the Championship standings during the 2008 season.
In 2009 Takahashi moved to MotoGP to race for the Team Scot Honda team, but his season was cut short when the team ran into financial issues and had to withdraw.
Takahashi dropped down to Moto2 for 2010 and competed for a number of teams between 2010 to 2015.
