KYT are going hard at the moment and really pumping money into developing their latest range of helmets and affiliating themselves with professional racers in order to help develop their helmets.
One of the most notable racers who is hitting the track in KYT helmets is Aleix Espargaro in MotoGP, and KYT have released the 2016 Espargaro helmet in their premium KYT KR-1 helmet range.
KYT have explicitly stated that this is not strictly a replica and this is the actual model that Espargaro races in, so if you pick this up then you are getting a full-on MotoGP specification race helmet.
For a race helmet the price is pretty reasonable when you stack it up against the big names in the market (AGV, Arai, Shoei etc…) and you can pick up the KYT KR-1 models for around £400 / $500. There also is a version of this Espargaro design in KYT’s entry level range called The Falcon, which is much cheaper.
The helmet is basically Aleix Espargaro’s 2016 motoGP helmet, the one he wore for his final season with the factory Suzuki team (hence the blue colours on the lid). The graphics look stunning, it is a mix of neon yellow and a light/dark blue camouflage design, and for extra authenticity it also comes with with Espargaro’s ‘Battery Energy Drink’ sponsor logos. His race number ’41’ is positioned on the rear.

Stock is a little hard to find however and the retailers carrying this Aleix Espargaro helmet tend to be located in Europe – but hey, with the internet it shouldn’t be too much of a problem as they ship globally.
